1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Caonabo Airlines website and the booking of flights and related services operated by Caonabo Airlines ("Caonabo Airlines", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Bookings and Tickets

When you book a flight, you enter into a contract of carriage with Caonabo Airlines. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and booking reference. Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the passenger and itinerary named on the booking. You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger names and details exactly match the government-issued identification or passport that will be used for travel.

3. Fares, Fees, and Payment

All fares are quoted in the currency shown at the time of booking and include applicable taxes and mandatory charges unless stated otherwise. Fares are not guaranteed until payment is completed and the booking is confirmed. Optional services, such as additional baggage or seat selection, may incur extra fees. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Changes and Cancellations

You may request changes to your booking, subject to seat availability, fare rules, and any applicable change fee plus any difference in fare. Some promotional or discounted fares may be non-changeable or non-refundable. Cancellation rights and any associated charges depend on the fare type purchased, as shown during booking.

5. Refunds

Refunds are never issued in cash. Where a refund is due under the applicable fare rules or by law, it will be provided either as a travel credit for future use with Caonabo Airlines or back to the original method of payment used for the booking. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Refundable taxes and government fees will be handled in the same manner. Any non-refundable fare components will not be returned.

6. Check-In, Boarding, and Travel Documents

Passengers must check in and be present at the boarding gate by the deadlines communicated for their flight. It is your responsibility to hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any health or entry requirements for your destination and any transit points. Caonabo Airlines is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to meet these requirements or to arrive on time.

7. Baggage

Baggage allowances, restrictions, and fees are set out during booking and on our website. Certain items are prohibited or restricted for safety and legal reasons. Caonabo Airlines' liability for lost, delayed, or damaged baggage is limited in accordance with applicable law and the conditions of carriage.

8. Schedule Changes, Delays, and Cancellations by Caonabo Airlines

While we make every effort to operate flights as scheduled, we may need to change, delay, or cancel a flight for operational, safety, weather, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases we will offer you, where possible, rebooking on the next available flight or a travel credit, in line with these Terms and applicable passenger-rights regulations.

9. Conduct on Board

For the safety and comfort of everyone on board, passengers must comply with all crew instructions and safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse carriage to any passenger whose behavior endangers safety, breaks the law, or disrupts other passengers or crew.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caonabo Airlines' liability is limited to that provided under applicable international conventions and national law governing air carriage. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Passenger Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti, where Caonabo Airlines is based. In addition, our services and your rights as a passenger are subject to the applicable laws and passenger-rights and consumer-protection regulations of each country we serve, including Canada, Chile, and Brazil. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence or departure.
